Bangkok, 18 November 2016 – Recently, Bangkok Airways has introduced “Call Center Check-in,” service to facilitate and enhance the services offered to its passengers. The new service is available for domestic passengers who have no checked baggage only.
Mr. Prote Setsuwan, Vice President – Marketing, of Bangkok Airways said “Bangkok Airways always strives to enhance every passenger’s journey. We have been committed to developing innovative systems and new technology to make our passenger flying experience even more convenient. Our new Call Center Check-in service is believed to help facilitate those passengers who would like to expedite their check-in process at the airport.”
Passengers, who are interested in using such service, can simply contact Bangkok Airways Call Center at number 1771 (24hrs.) To use Call Center Check-in service, passengers are requested to check-in 24 hours in advance or at least 2 hours prior departure.
