Bangkok ,27 February 2017 – Thai Lion Air announces and starts selling flight tickets on its new route from Bangkok’s Don Mueang International Airport to Khon Kaen, a city in northeastern Thailand.
These new services will offer 13 weekly return air-link between Bangkok and Khon Kaen from 17 March 2017 onward. The afternoon flights depart from Bangkok at 12.05 hr and return flight depart from Khon Kaen at 14.00 hr. The afternoon service operates daily except Tuesday. The evening flights depart from Bangkok at 19.40 hr and leave from Khon Kaen at 21.05 hr. The evening flights operated daily. The journey will take approximately 1 hour.
The airlines also offers launch promotion. one way ticket starting from 580 THB.
Currently, Thai AirAsia operates 4 daily flights and Nok Air operates 3 daily flight from Don Mueang to Khon Kaen. At Suvarnabhumi Airport, Thai Smile operates 7 daily flights to Khon Kaen
The low cost airline also announced two new routes to China. Thai Lion Air’s website stated that scheduled services from Don Mueang to Chongqing and Chengdu will be operated from 1 March 2017 onward. Both routes will be operated with daily flight.
