Vietjet Opens Hanoi – Kaohsiung Route and Offers Promotional Tickets

Ho Chi Minh City, 10 August 2017 – Vietjet today launches ticket sales for its new international route from Hanoi to Kaohsiung (Taiwan) with air fares starting from only USD 0. Commencing operations on October 29, 2017, this new route will meet significant demand from individuals, tourists and business people traveling between these two attractive destinations for tourism and business.

The Hanoi-Kaohsiung route will operate every Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday with one return flight a day and three hours per leg. The Hanoi-Kaohsiung flight departs Hanoi at 7:30 (local time) and arrives in Kaohsiung at 10:45 (local time). The return flight takes off at 11:45 (local time) and lands at 13:35 (local time).

To welcome its international route, Vietjet offers hundreds of thousands of promotional tickets priced from only USD 0 (excluding fees and taxeseveryday from now until August 13, 2017 between 12:00 and 14:00 (GMT+7). The travel period for these promotional tickets runs from September 1, 2017 to March 24, 2018 (except public holidays).

With this newly announced international route, Vietjet currently has six routes connecting Vietnam and Taiwan making it the carrier operating the most flight services between the two countries.

The promotional tickets can be booked within the ‘golden hours’ from 12:00 to 14:00 (GMT+7) at compatible with smartphones at or at (just click the “Booking” tab). Payment can be easily made with debit and credit cards of Visa, MasterCard, JCB, KCP and American Express and ATM cards issued by 29 Vietnam’s banks that have been registered for internet banking.
